She guides clients through authentic relating—a practice of being real, honest, and fully seen. Through dialogue, shared presence, and emotional attunement, Triniti helps you explore your inner world and create genuine connection with others.
This is not about performing or fixing—it’s about practicing presence the way you might on a first date, but without the pressure. It’s about learning how to be yourself in relationship, free from old patterns and stories.
Triniti integrates this with energy work, sound healing, and bodywork to help you reconnect with your nervous system, realign your emotional energy, and expand your capacity to give and receive love—starting with yourself.
She is a key part of the team at The Studio X, collaborating closely with Stone and our other coaches. Together, we guide you through the PolyTantric Method™, a multidimensional journey rooted in Truth, Love, and Choice (TLC).
